Welcome to The Earthen Creations! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our products and services. By purchasing from or accessing our website/shop, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General Information
All products listed are handmade and hand-painted, so slight variations may occur in color, design, or texture.
Our products are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, the same item or design may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders can only be placed through theearthencreations.com
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase to confirm the order.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within India/Specific Countries.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, courier issues, or customs processes.
4. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Product Care
Our terracotta items are fragile and require careful handling. We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to moisture.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives to maintain the quality of the paint and design.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, artwork, and branding are created by The Earthen Creations and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of our designs without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Gujarat.
